Shift software for dispensaries

Run the store
like you are
always there.

It tells your staff exactly what to do, proves it got done, and pays them for finishing.

Every task sits on a real shift, with a window it has to close in.

Gold = above the job

Why your shop is like this

  1. This job did not exist three years ago.
  2. So nobody you hire has done it before.
  3. So you tell them. Then you tell them again.
  4. So the shop only runs properly when you are standing in it.

And this is last night's record

Five jobs, and no way to know whether any of them happened.

It arrives knowing how a dispensary runs

You do not write
your SOP. You
edit ours.

GreenShift ships with a cannabis SOP library. The tasks, the areas, the windows, which ones need a photo. Change what is different about your shop and switch it on.

Built from three years of running one

The library, your shop

One task, end to end

01  /  Told

It lands on their screen, not in a chat.

On the right shift, to the right person, with the window it has to close in.

A task row about to be marked done. The completion overlay showing points awarded. The row moved to Done with its banked points.

02  /  Proved

The cash count has a photo on it.

It reaches your queue with a name and a time. Approve it, or send it back with a reason.

Manager proof queue with photo thumbnails waiting on review.

03  /  Paid

And finishing is worth something.

Points bank the moment it closes, and they buy something real. That is the part that makes them open it tomorrow.

The reward shop showing what points buy.

That is one task. On a Saturday there are forty-one.

The 2am problem

You think it at 2am.
They get it at 9am.

Message them now and you wake someone, and it is buried by morning. Wait until opening and you forget. Drop it in as a priority task timed to 9am instead.

Two currencies, two payouts

Coins

The job.

Open. Clean. Count. Close.

Pays in product
Diamonds

Everything above it.

Reviews. Upsells. The clean nobody asked for.

Pays cash

Coins cost you margin, not money. Diamonds only pay out on work that brought money in.

Which means the cash half of your incentive scheme funds itself.

A bonus card about to be claimed. The bonus win overlay awarding diamonds. The diamond balance in the rank strip after the win.

Claimed  ·  banked

Why they keep opening it

Nobody taught them this job. So the list is not a chore. It is how to be good at it.

And the balance underneath it is a reason to still be here next month, in a trade where nobody stays.

Where we are

663

Tasks closed by a staff team at one dispensary.

39 days

Of continuous live use on a working shop floor.

1

Dispensary. MVP tested and successful, and open to initial clients.

Pricing

Banded by staff count.

Not per seat, so nobody counts heads every month. Not flat, because a shop with four staff and a shop with twelve do not have the same problem.

The honest answers

My staff will not use an app.
They use a phone all shift already. A task is two taps, three with a photo. And there is a balance at the end of it that buys something real, which is why one budtender closed 663 tasks in 39 days.
We already have a Line group.
A chat tells people. It does not record. You cannot ask a chat whether the safe was counted on the 14th, and you cannot ask it who did more work last week.
Is this watching my staff?
No. No location tracking, no idle timers, nothing scoring the person instead of the work. If staff ever feel watched rather than paid, the whole thing stops working, so it is built the other way round.
Am I just paying bonuses on top of wages now?
Coins pay in store credit and product off your own shelf, so they cost margin rather than cash. Diamonds pay cash, and are only earned on work that brought money in. You set both rates.
Do I have to build the task list myself?
No. It ships with a cannabis SOP library. You edit what is different about your shop rather than writing one from nothing.
Does this keep me compliant?
It does not, and we will not pretend otherwise. It records what was done, when, with photos. The compliance stays yours.
